We do a quick walkaround together at handoff and again at return, note mileage and fuel, and your deposit hold is released a few days later.

NoahWorks LLC, owned and run by Noah Piona, renting these same cars since 2023 across 329 trips. Real name, real phone number, real Arizona address. Not a fleet manager, not a broker.
Your payment goes through Stripe, the same processor behind Amazon and Shopify. We never see your card number. Refunds go back to the same card, and the receipt is in your inbox before you close the tab.
Plans change. And if we can't deliver the exact car you booked, or an equal-or-better one you're happy with, you get every dollar back. That's written into the agreement.
License plus selfie, checked by Stripe Identity, for every rental. Nobody drives these cars anonymously, which is why they're still in the condition you see in the photos.
Read the Rental Agreement before you pay. Mileage, fuel, deposit, what happens if something goes wrong. No clipboard of fine print at pickup.
At handoff we photograph the car together and note mileage and fuel. Same at return. You get a copy. The $250 deposit is a hold, not a charge, and it's released within a few business days of return.

In Phoenix your car waits in the PreFlight Airport Parking garage at 44 N 44th St, a free shuttle ride from Sky Harbor baggage claim. No counter, no line, no parking fees.

Cleaned, fueled, parked where we said. Quick walkaround together if we're meeting you, photos on your phone if not.
Park in the same garage, leave the key where we tell you, shuttle back to your terminal.
Rather skip the shuttle? Airport curbside delivery is $75 and delivery to a hotel or address is $100, both selectable at booking. The fleet moves seasonally between Phoenix and Missoula; the booking form always shows where the cars are now.

Be at least 21 on the pickup date, hold a valid driver's license that doesn't expire before your return, and pay with a credit or debit card in your own name. After you book, you verify your license online in about two minutes. Bring the physical license to pickup.
After payment you get a secure link. On your phone you photograph the front and back of your physical license and take a quick selfie. Stripe Identity, the same service banks use, confirms the license is genuine and that it's you. We only receive the result and the name, date of birth, and expiration date on the license; we never see or store the images. If it fails (glare, cropped photo), you just retry.
$250. It's an authorization hold on the same card you booked with, placed at pickup, not at booking. Nothing is charged unless the car comes back late, damaged, dirty, low on fuel, or with tolls or tickets outstanding. Otherwise the hold is released within a few business days of return; how fast it disappears from your statement is up to your bank.
Damage to the car during your rental is your responsibility, on the terms in the Rental Agreement. Many personal auto policies and some credit cards extend coverage to rental cars, but not all of them cover rentals from independent companies, so call yours and ask before the trip. If you'd rather not rely on that, add Renter Collision Protection at checkout ($29/night on the BMWs and MINIs; $45/night on the Macan, Range Rover and Tahoe). It caps what you owe for damage to the vehicle. It is a waiver from us, not an insurance policy, and it does not cover injuries or damage to other people's property.
150 miles per rental day, pooled across the trip, so a 3-day rental includes 450 miles. That's more than most Sky Harbor rental counters. Miles beyond that are $0.45 each, charged to your card after return based on the odometer readings we record together.
In Phoenix, take the free PreFlight shuttle from Sky Harbor to our garage at 44 N 44th St, about five minutes from baggage claim. We text the exact spot and key handoff details the morning of pickup. Prefer not to shuttle? Airport curbside delivery is $75 and delivery to an address is $100. In Missoula, we text the meeting point the morning of pickup.
Full to full. If it comes back below full we refill it and charge the fuel plus a $30 service fee. Or prepay fuel for $85 at checkout and bring it back at any level.
Cancel 48 hours or more before pickup for a full refund to your card. Inside 48 hours, 50%. No-shows aren't refunded. If we can't provide the car you booked, you get a full refund or an equal-or-better car, your choice.
Yes, add an additional driver at checkout ($25). They need to meet the same requirements and verify their license too. Only verified drivers may drive the car.
No smoking or vaping in any vehicle; it's a $250 cleaning fee. Pets are welcome with prior approval, and there's a cleaning fee only if they leave hair, odor, or damage behind.
