Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of rentnwmotors.com and its booking system (the "Site"), operated by NoahWorks LLC, doing business as Rent NW Motors ("we," "us"). By using the Site or making a booking you agree to these Terms. The rental itself (pickup, use, mileage, deposit, damage, return) is governed by the Rental Agreement, which you accept separately at checkout.
Who can use the Site
You must be at least 18 to use the Site and at least 21, with a valid driver's license, to complete a booking. Everything you enter during booking must be accurate and about you.
Bookings and payment
Availability shown on the Site is live but a reservation exists only once payment is complete and you receive a reservation number. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars. The security deposit is placed as a hold at pickup under the Rental Agreement, not charged at booking. We may correct obvious pricing errors before pickup, in which case you can accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
License verification
After booking, drivers verify their license through Stripe Identity. Stripe's processing of your images and data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy. We receive only the verification outcome and the name, date of birth, and expiration date on the license, which we keep with your booking record. See our Privacy Policy.
Cancellations and refunds
- 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time: full refund.
- Less than 48 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
- No-shows: no refund.
- If we can't provide the vehicle you booked, you may choose an equal-or-better vehicle at the same price or a full refund.
Communications
By booking, you agree that we may email and text you about your reservation (confirmation, verification, pickup details, condition reports, receipts, and post-trip charges). These are transactional messages, not marketing. Standard message rates may apply. We won't send marketing texts without your separate consent.
Fleet locations
Our fleet moves seasonally between Phoenix, AZ and Missoula, MT as a group. The Site shows the current city. If you have questions about where a vehicle will be on your dates, ask before booking.
Other platforms
Some of our vehicles are also listed on Turo. We keep the calendars in sync, but in the rare case a vehicle is booked elsewhere before your reservation is confirmed, we'll contact you immediately to rebook you or refund you in full.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Site for anything unlawful, submit false booking or identity information, interfere with the Site, or scrape pricing or availability.
Content
Photos, text, logos, and design on the Site belong to Rent NW Motors or are used with permission. Don't reuse them without written consent.
Disclaimers and liability
The Site is provided "as is." We work to keep availability, pricing, and vehicle details accurate but can't promise the Site will always be error-free or available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where your rental originates (Arizona or Montana).
Changes
We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
