Terms of Service

This document is a general template and has not been reviewed by an attorney. It's provided as a starting point, not legal advice, and Rent NW Motors recommends having it reviewed by counsel licensed in Arizona and Montana before relying on it.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rent NW Motors website and booking platform (the "Site"), operated by NoahWorks LLC, doing business as Rent NW Motors ("Rent NW Motors," "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing the Site or submitting a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Who can use this Site

You must be at least 18 years old to browse the Site and at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and meet our eligibility requirements to complete a booking. Information you provide during booking (name, contact details, payment information) must be accurate and belong to you.

Bookings and payment

Availability shown on the Site reflects our current calendar but is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed and paid. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your full card number. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive a reservation number and confirmation email. The rental itself — pickup, use of the vehicle, mileage, deposits, and return — is governed by our separate Rental Agreement, which you accept as part of completing a booking.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup are refunded at 50%.
  • No-shows are not refunded.
  • Rent NW Motors may cancel or reschedule a booking due to vehicle unavailability, safety concerns, or events outside our control, in which case you'll receive a full refund or the option to rebook.

Fleet locations

Our fleet operates seasonally between Phoenix, AZ and Missoula, MT and moves as a group between the two cities. The Site displays our current city; if you have questions about where a specific vehicle will be located on your rental dates, contact us before booking.

Third-party listings

Some vehicles in our fleet may also be listed on other platforms, including Turo. Availability shown on this Site reflects our best effort to keep both calendars in sync, but in rare cases a vehicle booked elsewhere may become unavailable; if that happens on a confirmed booking, we'll contact you immediately to rebook or issue a full refund.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying systems; submit false booking or identity information; or use automated tools to scrape pricing or availability data.

Intellectual property

All text, photos, logos, and design elements on the Site are owned by Rent NW Motors or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is." We work to keep availability, pricing, and vehicle information accurate but don't guarantee the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rent NW Motors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which your rental originates (Arizona or Montana), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
