Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is between NoahWorks LLC, doing business as Rent NW Motors ("Company," "we," "us"), and the individual completing a booking ("Renter," "you"). By completing payment for a reservation, you accept this Agreement in full for the rental it covers.

1. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid, unexpired driver's license, and provide accurate identification and contact information at pickup upon request. Company may decline or cancel a booking if eligibility can't be verified.

2. Rental period, pickup, and return

The rental period begins and ends at the date/time confirmed in your reservation. The vehicle must be returned to the agreed location at or before the scheduled return time. Returns more than 30 minutes late without prior approval are subject to a late fee of $25 for the first hour and $15 for each additional hour, up to the cost of an additional full rental day.

3. Mileage

Each rental includes 150 miles per rental day. Miles driven beyond that allowance are billed at $0.45 per mile and charged to the payment method on file after the rental concludes.

4. Fuel

The vehicle is provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Vehicles returned with less fuel will be refueled by Company and the cost — plus a $30 refueling service fee — charged to the payment method on file.

5. Security deposit

A $250 hold is placed on your payment method at pickup. This hold is released within 5–7 business days after return, provided the vehicle is returned on time, undamaged, clean, and with a full tank, and no tolls, citations, or fees remain outstanding. Amounts owed beyond the hold (for damage, excess mileage, fuel, cleaning, or fines) will be charged separately.

6. Insurance and financial responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining insurance coverage sufficient to operate the vehicle during your rental period, whether through your personal auto policy, a credit card rental benefit, or a protection plan purchased at booking. You are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft involving the vehicle during your rental period, up to its actual repair or replacement cost, except to the extent covered by an applicable protection plan. Company will provide documentation of any covered incident upon request.

7. Prohibited use

The vehicle may not be used: by anyone other than the renter named on the booking without prior written approval; for any illegal purpose; to tow or push another vehicle; off-road or on unpaved trails not intended for the vehicle; in any race, rally, or speed contest; while under the influence of alcohol or drugs; or for commercial ride-share or delivery use. Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited and subject to a $250 cleaning fee. Pets are permitted only with prior approval and are subject to a cleaning fee if hair, odor, or damage results.

8. Tolls, citations, and fines

You are responsible for all tolls, parking citations, traffic violations, and other fines incurred during your rental period, plus a $20 administrative fee per incident where Company must process or forward a citation.

9. Accidents and breakdowns

In the event of an accident, breakdown, or theft, contact local emergency services if needed, then notify Company as soon as safely possible. Do not admit fault or negotiate with another party. Continued use of a damaged or unsafe vehicle is not permitted until Company has been notified.

10. Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled pickup: full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled pickup: 50% refund.
• No-shows: no refund.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Company harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the vehicle in violation of this Agreement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company's liability to you under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid for the applicable rental, except in cases of Company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the rental originates (Arizona or Montana), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
