This Privacy Policy explains how NoahWorks LLC, doing business as Rent NW Motors ("Rent NW Motors," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website (rentnwmotors.com) or book a rental with us.

Information we collect

When you browse the Site or make a booking, we may collect:

Booking information: your name, email address, phone number, and rental dates.
Payment information: processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
Driver information: driver's license details, collected at pickup for eligibility verification.
Usage data: pages visited and general browsing activity, collected automatically to help us understand how the Site is used.

How we use your information

To process and confirm your booking, and to communicate with you about it (pickup details, receipts, reservation number).
To verify eligibility to rent and to prevent fraud.
To respond to questions or support requests you send us.
To improve the Site and our service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information with the service providers that power our booking system, and only as needed to operate it:

Stripe — payment processing.
Vercel and Neon — website hosting and database storage.

We don't share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies

The Site uses minimal cookies and local storage required for core functionality, such as remembering your booking form selections. We don't currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

We retain booking records for as long as needed to comply with our tax, accounting, and legal obligations, and to resolve any disputes related to a rental.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing noahworks.noah@gmail.com. We'll honor reasonable requests to the extent we're able, taking into account our own record-keeping obligations for completed rentals.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted payment processing through Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children, and rentals require renters to be at least 21 years old. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
