You must be at least 21 with a valid, unexpired driver’s license, and a credit or debit card in your own name. Bring the license with you at pickup — we check it against the booking.
$250, held on your payment method at pickup and released within 5–7 business days after you return the vehicle on time, undamaged, clean, with a full tank, and with no outstanding tolls, citations, or fees.
150 miles per rental day — more than most rental companies at Sky Harbor. Miles beyond that are billed at $0.45 per mile after your trip ends.
An optional per-night waiver you can add at checkout ($29/night on our compact and executive SUVs, $45/night on the Tahoe, Range Rover, Porsches, and Transit). It limits what you owe if the vehicle is damaged during your rental, on the terms set out in the Rental Agreement. It is a waiver, not an insurance policy — decline it if your own auto policy or credit card already covers rental damage.
Take the free PreFlight shuttle from Sky Harbor to our garage at 44 N 44th St — about five minutes from baggage claim. We send the exact meeting point and your key handoff details the morning of pickup. Prefer not to shuttle? Airport delivery is $75 and custom delivery is $100.
The vehicle comes with a full tank and should come back with a full tank. If it doesn’t, we refuel it and charge the fuel plus a $30 service fee. You can also prepay fuel for $85 at checkout and skip the gas station.
Cancel 48 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, 50%. No-shows are not refunded.
Smoking in any vehicle carries a $250 cleaning fee. Pets are welcome with prior approval, and are subject to a cleaning fee if they leave hair, odor, or damage behind.
